Kodie Kowitz grew up in West Michigan chasing Trout and Steelhead or anything that would bite a fly until eventually running away to Alaska for his summers. Now he spends the Summer Months on the Naknek River in Bristol bay chasing Giant Rainbow Trout while avoiding bears, he then returns back to West Michigan in the fall to guide Spey Fishing for Great Lakes Steelhead through the Fall, Winter, and Spring. 

Kodie is a full spey bum and loves sharing his passion for the outdoors with people everyday.  Kodie believes one of the best ways to get people addicted to the outdoors is to get them into fishing.
