The main pro program rule across the entire industry:  All items purchased are for the direct use of the approved program member only.  Any purchases made for friends and other non-approved members will result in immediate removal from the program. 

While all current models have tip sections available for purchase, we ask that further repair issues be heavily considered prior to submission.  Rods used in guide/pro-level situations see far more use and abuse than most out there, and rods used to this level should be replaced with a new purchase vs turning in for warranty.  Breaking middle or handle sections typically result in the need to scrap entire new rods, or replace the rod entirely.  One of the main benefits of this program is to replace rods at a steep discount whenever one needs replacing, and we request our members consider this. NOTE:  Some purchases made through this program come with no coverage.  These are clearly marked on the product’s description on the purchase page.

While we’re as excited as you to have you on board the program, please do not make statements to our dealers, on social media, or anywhere else that you receive discounts.  Promote the brand, not your discounts.

Unless the product arrives to you defective, no returns or exchanges are permitted on the guide program.

As an approved PRO, your conduct on the water, on social media, and in your dealings with us or our dealer network should be kept at the professional level.
