REGISTRATION

You do not pre-register your rod for warranty until you require service.  If you just purchased your rod from an ECHO dealer, time to head out fishing!  You don’t need to do anything here (except review our policy) unless something happens down the road.

OVERVIEW

Due to the costs and challenges of processing claims over the border, we try everything we can to streamline this process for our Canadian anglers.  While we can’t control the rising costs of international shipping, we are doing everything we can to make this a feasible program for all parties involved.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Manufacturing inconsistencies and defects
  • Incidental breakages (except those caused by misuse, neglect or abuse)
  • Broken Tip Sections (which can be purchased online)
Intl. shipping costs making this difficult?  Contact your local ECHO dealer to check possibilities of having your tip or rod replacement sent in their next fill-in order.
