Favorite Fish: Wild Steelhead
Home Water: Olympic Peninsula, WA
Inheriting his first fly rod at age nine, Aaron became addicted to fly fishing at a young age. His first guide job took him to Alaska, where he spent 8 seasons. Aaron’s passion has taken him around the globe in pursuit of fish on the fly. He started guiding full time in his home state of Washington in 2007, chasing steelhead, salmon, and trout in the Pacific Northwest. Getting anglers hooked up on fish that tear line off the reel is Aaron’s calling. If he’s not on the Olympic Peninsula or the Klickitat River in search of anadromous fish, he can be found on the flats of Southern Florida stalking shallow water species.
